No stranger to not-for-profit, Amber has been working in the field for 10+ years, before making the leap from the media sector, bringing a unique combination of skills to both support and promote the Food4Kids program to the community.

 

Community is the key word, as relationship building is a critical component for creating meaningful bonds with a diverse group of volunteers, donors and supporters across the Niagara Region.

 

With a "kindness counts" mantra, and a ban on any negativity in the office, Amber uses her extreme planning gene to ensure the fundamental and financial needs of the program are met.

With the generous of help of volunteers, and a board like no other, the goal of ending child hunger in Niagara is an achievable one.
